Project management skill, Basic Financial Management, Marketing & SalesFinanceShe has IT Qualification and studying with UNISA, She has been as a financial clerk in 2013, 2015 was appointed as a treasurer.Board MemberShe is a young woman born in Ga-Modjadji, Limpopo Province and Resides in Ivory Park. A vibrant and energetic person who is passionate about community development and uplifting people at grassroots level, her passion for the performing arts has seen Modjadji striving to make a difference in people’s lives; she is a youth, Community, Cultural and language Activist. After joining Youth Development Theatre Projects in 1999, Modjadji has expanded her theatre experience and unleashed her love for literature and grown extensively into a narrator of poetry, storytelling and involved in jazz academy in the Tembisa area. This sees her travelling to various parts of the country and neighbouring countries. Her experience varies from coordinating and organising poetry sessions for the community of Ivory Park and Tembisa, translations for various organisations and individual projects. She is former secretary of the Greater Midrand Youth Council, politically she was branch deputy chairperson (eventually chairperson) and ZTT Fundraiser greater Midrand ANCYL in 2014. Professionally she previously served as Branch Assistant Coordinator for Ikamva Youth Gauteng (Academic Support Organisation) and also the Heritage and Indigenous Knowledge Systems facilitator at Kara Heritage Institute. She is currently associate elicitor for a Values based leadership company in Johannesburg. She has amongst others received training and trained on Community Leadership & Project from Plan Act (Government consultants on Community Development) SANCA Facilitator for Anti-Drug Abuse, SADAG associate facilitator and International Facilitative Leadership and Coaching Course from Lucca leadership South Africa…. She has served the City of Johannesburg Region A, as the youngest ward committee member from 2012 – 2015 leading the women, youth and children /Health portfolio She holds two qualifications on Education and Training from the University of South Africa and founder of Lebone Rivoningo developments, an NPO that strives in mentorship, career guidance and Book Clubs.Executive DirectorTshepo’s work experience has been in the area of training and development. He has held managerial positions in the training and development sectors, more recently with Ndlelehle Youth Advice & Information. He has worked for Kara Heritage Institute as the Head of Organizing and Development, under the mentorship of Dr Mathole Motshekga. He is currently studying a BA (Developmental Studies) UNISA. In addition he has been Financial Management Facilitator with Footprints SA and he has been our Executive Director since 2014.Board MemberStudied Bachelor of Accounting Science and is a certified Accountant. He also acquired honours in taxation. He has extensive experience in accounting, tax, corporate finance and business development. He obtained his training with one of the big four audit firms. Nkosana has over 10 years’ experience with consulting in the required accounting standards, tax planning and consulting. He also played a significant role on mentoring and coaching the SMME sector on various disciplines. He did mentoring for KHULA ENTERPRISE, SOFTSTART BTI INCUBATORS as well as National Youth Development Agency. He was a board member of Sunrise Resource Centre – where he was implementing the required business practices, and he is currently serving on the board of Upbeat youth centre. He has offered consulting services on Local Economic Development and applied VAT reviews for municipalities. He has expertise to help startups to established organizations and sustainability. Nkosana is a member of South African Institute of Tax Practitioners, Association of Black Accountants of South Africa as well as South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.Project ManagerMr. Bafana Malinga has studied Marketing and IT; he personally been involved since 2011, the year it was founded He is an experienced youth Leader with a proven track record of facilitating IT and organization’s programsFounder & Board ChairAmon Maseko Has studied Business Administration; he has personally been involved in the successful execution of two Companies. He is award winning philanthropist, he was awarded the youth in philanthropy award by inyathelo Amon as social entrepreneur is extremely committed to developing “Tomorrow’s Entrepreneurs”. To demonstrate this commitment, Amon presents Training on Entrepreneurship, Business Planning and Financial Literacy to young adults at Upbeat Youth Centre, the NPO he founded in 2010. He is an experienced Leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing organizational restructuring, leadership transformation, people management and coaching/mentoring strategies. He has more than 10 years’ experience in executive, strategic, planning and operational activities across a variety of industries.
