COMPANY PROFILE

The Upbeat Youth Southern Africa (UYSA) is a non-profitable organization that focuses on youth development. The desire to establish UYSA was fuelled by the passion to enrich the economic outlook of young people with hope, jobs, and a brighter future. This is achieved by ensuring that our youth develop the required leadership, technical, and life skills to earn a livelihood.

Southern Africa has an acute problem of unemployment and poverty, millions of Southern Africans are affected by extreme poverty. Poverty alleviation is a governments priority which is also an important focus area for UYSA. Since inception, UYSA believes that to unleash the poverty chain from underdeveloped communities, can only be achieved through effective programme implementation in rural areas. Rooted in the belief of youth as problem-solvers, change-makers, and leaders, our initiatives are catalysts for change, we create tailored programmes to achieve effectiveness, scale, and sustainability.
